Arrival Policy
New clients should arrive 10 minutes early to fill out information forms. Please remove your shoes at the door, sandals are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Cancellation Policy
When you book an appointment, that time is reserved just for you. If you must cancel, please call to notify us at least 24 hours in advance so that your spot may be offered to someone else. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations will be charged half the fee of the treatment. Feel free to send a friend or family member in your place. Emergencies happen and things come up, but please allow as much time as possible for cancellations. Thank you.
